Go crazy? Don't mind if i do!!

So yeah, i woke up to no Net access...cable modems down.

Didn't have work today, so thought "Ok, i'll kick back and watch some TV"

AHHHHH! Cables out!!!

No internet....no TV.......it was horrible!

Seriously, i read books all day...but the house was DEATHLY silent....

So I did what all people would do in my situation.....INSTALLED AOL!! *gasp*

1000 hours free...or so they claim. connected at a whopping 33.6 on a long distance number.....

Every time i went to close AOL..it kept saying "updating, please wait"....and was pissing me off!! so i'd just pull the phoneline and say
"how you gonna update yourself now???? huh???"

Anyway, everything has finally been fixed...and i called and deleted that AOHell account....

What a day eh?

Think that's bad? I was without a computer for several months (yeah it sucks I know), and that meant that I would have to go to the library to get on the internet.
Then I got my computer fixed, and also got another one running. But yet my parents were holding off on reconnecting to the internet for the longest time. Realize that when one installs the OS anew, one must download drivers to update it and make it work properly. Also realize that libraries don't let you download stuff, and you see why I would be real pissed off. Finally a few days ago I got the internet access again at home, and now I'm sane again.
