I am not getting a screen, when I turn my computer on, the monitor doesn't even turn itself on...

I first thought it was the Video card, I switched it, checked the voltage (since some people have had too less voltage with the iwill KK 266), 3.4 volts, which is all right... and still everything looks ok... but nothing works...

I had that happen once before, and then it started working on its own... Didn't know why...

Now I am having that exact same problem also.... It appeared back then and now right after I set the bios jumper to clear it...

Now the question is if it could be the power supply?

What makes me think is that I get a post, when I flip the FSB Jumper to 133 MHz-- The computer then says that it failed to start...

I do not know what the problem is...

HELP ME PLEASE-----------------------

I used to have a similar problem with my old Athlon 1.2GHz system. When I turned it on, it wouldn't show anything. If I hit the reset button, it would start normally. It ended up being the PSU. The video card was sucking to much juice. I loaned my uncle my graphics card for a while, and used his GeForce 2 MX in the system since it was just a backup anyway. It was PCI, and my system worked fine. I also had a similar problem when building a P4 system for someone. It ended up being the PSU also, but even a PCI card sucked too much juice to get it started.
