Agreed, and very poetically put.It's always the same disease, the certainty that ones personal certainty equates to the ends justify the means. "Why should anybody who is wrong be allowed to speak? Ignore the devil and listen to me."
The price of knowledge is to die to ones personal truths so their preciousness goes extinct. It's what is required of humility, the killer of fanaticism.
