The GOP had to file a complaint against Democrats for Obama who had not only set up their illegal operation too close to a polling place, but were bribing people to vote by giving out T-shirts and pizza. It's a toss-up State, I wonder what other kinds of crime they're committing, to get those votes?

The Colorado Republican Committee sent a letter to the Larimer County clerk alleging wrongdoing by campaigners for the Democratic Party during the first day of early voting on the CSU campus.

Your first definition isn't relevant because potential student-voters aren't "in a position of trust."

Actions falling under our second definition aren't crimes (unless you believe that parents who induce children to eat their vegetables by promising them a cookie for dessert should be arrested).

So tell me again why the GOP is upset? Is it because Republicans are so used to committing voter SUPPRESSION that anyone who tries to ENCOURAGE voting seems like a criminal to them?

They were set up too close to the polling place. I'd had to tell people to move signs etc. before.

So the Dems may well have not have set up within 100 ft of the polling center inside. It has a lot of rooms, a lot of open space. Attempting to define the whole building as a polling place is dishonest. It's like declaring a giant shopping mall with a polling place inside as a "polling place".

The official complaint is merely that they violated the law by being too close, and none other. They moved back when the county official asked them to do so. Problem solved. Outrage not found.
