I am currently working on my Father's Old Computer. It has a generic MB, P4 1.6, and 512 MB of PC133 SDRAM. I've tested the Ram and all other components in a different computer, except for the HDD/CDROM. What happens is Fans spin up, the light comes on for the HDD/Cdrom, but then nothing happens. No Beeps, no post, ect. Same thing occurs with just the CPU attached but everything else unplugged. At this point, I'm leaning towards the CPU, but any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I've tried reseating the memory and the video card several times. Well, it looks like its probably new CPU/MB time.
