No POST/CMOS/BIOS

We are trying to troubleshoot a computer that suddenly died. No OCing was done on it! I have tried running minimal peripherals, reseating jumpers, disconnecting all drives. I push the power button and everything spins up thats plugged in yet i get no clicking of a memory or HDD check and i get nothing on the screen.

I have made sure all conections are connected and i know the PSU is fine otherwise everything would be moving. I think it is the Processor.

The Motherboard is a D850EMV2 with 2x 256mb sticks of RIMM (PC800 ECC)
and the Chip is a 1.8ghz williamette non revision 'A'.

Did you RESEAT the RAM Modules?

You might want to try clearing the CMOS also.

If it still does not POST, I would suspect the RAM before the CPU.
RDRAM is terribly non-tollerant about voltage fluctuations.
