those are for use for sound card/sound.
ppl say music sound better after use it above sound card. :roll:

no where in US (i guess) have it.
I saw some ppl (forum) filled all their empty PCI bus with them....

Its in Japan. If someone there test it, let us know.

It's not necessarily impossible I suppose for such a device to work. I'm not EE but since many soundcards are cheap and have sucky ripple rejection on their voltage regulators, couldn't a high pass filter from the PCI's power lines to ground reduce noisiness?
