So I finally got my parts yesterday and put them all together:

G.Skill 2GB DDR2 NR PC2-6400
BFG 3DFuzion GeForce 7600 GT
Western Digital Cavier 250Gb
Antec SmartPower2 450W
I can't figure out what's wrong with it. All the fans start up correctly apart from the CPU fan; it nudges forward a tiny bit as though to say it wants to start then it doesn't actually start up for a few seconds. I can hear the HDD go and the LED flashes a couple of times for it and the DVD drive works. The weird 1 is the mouse lights up when connected through the PS2 socket even when it's not turned on, but doesn't when connected through USB. And I get no output to either of my monitors through either of the connections. I've tried the RAM in both channels, and both singularly, still nothing and i've read no compatability issues with the NR and DS3 - or have I just missed them?
Anyone have any ideas?
