As of today the jackpot for Saturday's drawing is 170 million!! It'll grow by several million each day I can see it ending aroun 190 million for Saturday's draw! OMG I think this is a new record for CA state lottery
Here's what will happen. Some 70 year old retired guy who lives in L.A. will win the whole pot.
That's what happened the last time the pot was around 140 mil. (except the guy lives in San Jose).
I would rather see some guy or girl in their thirties win the pot.
No.. I would like to see myself win this jackpot. I could buy a house here and not live in this crappy dorm anymore. When do 18 year olds ever win the lottery? It practically sets us up for life. I would probably take it in 26 annual payments, just to regulate myself. First I'm gonna hire the Royal Assasin from Magic the Gathering so I can get the person that called the cops on me.
if i ever won the lottery id take the suggestion of some people on here and take it in one whole lump sum... then take half and stick it in the bank and live off that (maybe id stick like 3/5 or somethign cuz id ont need tos pend much)

but what bank would you stick it in? >>
If you're gonna stick it in the bank and live off the interest, why not just get it in annual payments? They calculate interest in when you take the lump sum over annual payments...
