/edit: Well, if there weren't firm commitments, I can't see holding people accountable to a poll. Seriously, straw polls are nice to gauge initial interest in any kind of party or get together, but followup is always key.

Live and learn. I commend the effort to get a meetup together tho.

OP was a bit naive to expect more people to show up based on the poll I suppose, but still, why vote if you have no intention of going? Just ignore it and move along.

everyone knows ATOTer talk about going outside, but few actually do. I am sure many will say how great the gathering was though 🙂

sux when people back out of things, while I have not really had a party not go off; group buys on various car parts always get fuxored when 50% of those signing up ask about payment plans or just back out at time to pay.
