Yes, how dare they make newer and better phones. They should just refresh the same phone every year with just a couple new features added.

haha we should intentionally cripple the advancement of technology solely so we can sell more units of one device! Yea! We don't want the people that bought the last one to feel left out!

Droid was made by a different manufacturer, why would HTC be concerned about that? Nexus One and Incredible are virtually the same hardware.

well the nexus one is supposedly still coming to sprint and they are getting the evo. Although no verizon version makes it hardly worth the production cost for sprint.

I wonder how much of online sales through google only played a factor. Verizon likes to be controlling and I'm sure they wanted to be able to sell the phone themselves and have it in stores.

to be fair the evo is more different from the nexus than the incredible was...

verizon probably does want to sell it in stores so they can hawk the high margin accessories etc.

Not really... Droid was the first flagship for Verizon

Nexus One is for T-Mobile & AT&T

Incredible is a keyboard less upgrade to the Droid on Verizon

EVO is Sprint only Flagship

im glad they arent bringing it onto verizon. what was the point of the incredible was a better device?

as for sprint, i think it makes sense to bring the nexus one over, because a lot of people dont have 4G coverage in their area, thus not wanting to pay for it but want a decent android phone (lets be honest, the moment and hero suck) like the nexus one.
