Obama said this just now in his speech in PA after some of his supporters started to boo one of the McCain policies that he was talking about.
Wow - how come we don't hear this at republican rallies?

He defended Obama with "He's not an Arab! He's a good person!"... wtf is that supposed to mean exactly.

It means two things actually.
1. Barack Obama is not an Arab.
2. John McCain thinks that Barack Obama is a good person.

McCain is just stuck in a tough spot.
When you're down like he is your only choice is to attack and tear down your opponent. He has come out and defended Obama several times, it's just hard to do because basically you have to, in the course of the same speech, talk about why Obama is a good person and then talk about why Obama is a bad person.

it's easy to be magnanimous when you're ahead in the polls.

Trying to say that this statement proves McCain believes that the terms "Arab" and "good person" are exact opposites is a ridiculous stretch. Grow up and take the high road instead of wallowing around in the mud like the GOP supporters you claim are so uncivilized.
