No mouse or keyboard in NT, but keyboard works at startup

One of our computers at work just started this the other day. When you turn it on, the keyboard works, you can go into the bios, etc. When it gets to the NT login screen, neither the keyboard or mouse work. There are no lights on the keyboard by this time. There are lights on keyboard when you first turn it on. I have tried several keyboards and mice. Could this be a motherboard problem, or something in NT?
