You are allowed to ask, but we are not allowed to tell you. Seriously. Part of the deal of accepting the job, as a mod, is that you must remain anonymous. We don't ask, we just play by the rules.

Neffing will Never cease on this forum, and if it does... I'm sure that a lot of the users will leave. I don't think there is One Mod that has the GUTS to ban adul or me. for neffing.

So when is adul going to be an &quot;elite Member&quot;??? The mods should be more concerned with giving Adul that status rather than waste their time editing posts.

I can assure you that if you cross us, we will ban you. Just ask Windogg. I don't mean this in an ominous or threatening way, but we don't encourage people to intentionally cross us. If you do so by neffing incessantly, we will have no choice but to ban you.

I must say that I was not impressed with the Mods on duty during one of my threads that went to the gutter. http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=38&amp;threadid=348533 I had interjected that people clean up their language and advocated Self Policing, however, we both know the Punks on this forum.

Thanks for your comments, I do realize that AT's forums are overloaded as is with the general populous excluding the nefs.

GoldenBear has a valid point. Upping member ranking encourages nef posts. Perosnally I like the ranking system, but if doing away with it would fix the problem, then so be it.
