I never caught the 24 bug, seems like it was 20 hours of world against jack bauer, then 4 hours of jack bauer kicking ass

Heh, I agree. This season started out really good, but has been terrible the last few episodes.

Think of these days as the wild west of the internet. You get away with stuff like this for now, so long as you don't step on too many toes. But cross the line, and download kiddie pr0n? eh, I've been enjoying it...not quite as much as some other seasons but it still keeps me hooked.
 
Never watched 24 as a regular.

What I got from it is that this guy saved the world, not just a few people, but the world over 100 times in 5 days. During which he kills 1000's of people with a hand pistol and his fist.

Now that I typed that... it sounds badass. lol

I'm with the OP on this one (and even posted about it in the official 24 thread).

I am no longer watching 24 live and am going to just DL the episodes after they air and watch them all once the season is over.

Tonights episode was ridiculously predictable and each week the episodes just get worse and worse. I just no longer look forward to this show on Mondays as I used to, so I've decided to not make it a priority to be at the TV at 9pm anymore.

This show is now more of a comedy than a drama.
