Create a file somehow, made of useless information, that is the exact same size as the alleged file. Then give it the same name. If they come to take your computer, let them! It's not illegal to have a file named "Full House Season 2 - Episode 14" on your computer!

not if they downloaded the file from him, and saved it as evidence.
