What is your definition of sick? I have sinus problems year round. I quite often have a runny or plugged nose. I'm certainly not going to stay home from work with a minor cough either. Now a hacking, rip your throat out cough is a different story. I'm sure as hell not going to go to work if I have the flu though either.

Problem is, you're contagious before you start to show symptoms.
