No idea what I'm eating.....

I had to run errands through my lunch break and didn't have much time to stop for anything so I started driving back to work a little early. On the way back I noticed this little mexican cooking van thing that some of us guys in the department have ordered burritos from. Well.......I asked for a carne de sada burrito but the lady said they didn't have that so she suggested something else. I didn't understand her so I really have no idea what is in this big ass burrito. I hope I don't die.

Is that the Marquis de Sada's burrito?

Or did you mean carne asada? ;P

I hope you don't die, too.

There was a place in Phx like that where no one spoke English but I just pointed to the menu (also in English 😕) Never got the same thing twice but it was so good.

mebbe the one she replaced it with was machaca. shredded beef with peppers, onions and spices and tomatoes, sometimes egg chunks. pretty good stuff, i like machaca as long as they dont cook too much onion into it. ruins the flavor to me.

its not off the back of a van, its a catering truck that usually sells to construction sites and such. i work in an office, and if i go out the back door two different times a day i can get food off one of these trucks. lovingly called roach coaches. most of them work off of volume, so they actually get pretty good food on them. return business is their bread n buttah

I've always wanted to try that one! any good?

We used to have one that stopped at our office every morning, but i guess not enough people bought stuff so they stopped coming. :-( boo!

Really good BLT's!

A big-ass burrito? I guess they killed the oversized burro out back, and made it into a burrito.
Burro....burrito....no, there is absolutely no reason at all for why those two words are so similar.

Would a high-velocity plasma stream be a better form? Or perhaps a super-chilled Bose-Einstein condensate?
