HI,
May i know is there anyway that i can connect 2 pcs without a hub? i heard that there is
a kind of cable just like rj45 but this type of cable dont need a hub to connect 2 pcs.We can just plug in the cable into the nic. Anyone know about this type of cable? Pls tell me

What you need is a crossover cable. It looks the same as a normal RJ-45 but 4 of the wires are switched. They are usually a couple dollars more than a patch cable of the same length.
 
No. It's a rj45 conector. But 4 of the 8 wires are changed around on one end. Sometimes you can have problems. But very rare.
