No, it's defying his religion to enter a restaurant that demands he take off his turban.
"I'm sorry, this dish isn't Kosher, I'm going to have to sue you so you make it Kosher"
"This Hooters restaurant shows skin, and I'm not allowed to see that according to my religion. I'm going to have to sue you and make the girls cover up."
"My religion doesn't allow me to mention God, I'm going to have to sue the Government to take the word God out of the Pledge of Allegance"
This case seems similar to the above. How do you feel about them?
