No, it's defying his religion to enter a restaurant that demands he take off his turban.

This case seems similar to the above. How do you feel about them?

exactly.

they are not discriminating him based on his religion they are saying that nobody can wear anything on their heads. if his turban is such a critical part of his religion then he should choose to wear it rather than go in the club, its that simple.

these rules apply to EVERYONE, i hate it how people always expect that the rules don't apply to them for whatever reason.

 

The law allows for discrimination based on creed.

As for the turban on the plane thing thats just being fvcking stupid. If he had a bomb under the turban then what? Of course they are going to check it. Its as if someone wearing a stetson on the plane and not letting anyone check it out. It could have a dam bomb and blow up the plane.......

Places also say no animals allowed. I don't think that they should kick out a handicapped person if he has a helper dog. Some people get exceptions

I have been to Donzi's many times and they have a strick dress code. No hats, no jeans, no clothing with holes ripped in them. Women cant even wear hats there they just want to promote an upscale image. I dont see the big deal with the turban but its thier rules and they can choose how to enforce them. The rules have nothing to do with religion its just a dress code and I believe that they have a sign stating this dress code out front by the door.

That is an unnecessary extreme to bring into the topic. The are barring HATS, regardless of who wears them. MANY buildings, prublic and private require shirts and shoes.
