"No Emulation"

I am new into the world of computers, but I have built myself a computer before..as of last year. I am currently trying to build my grandpa a computer. I have an Asus A7V600-X motherboard with an AMD Athlon 2400 processor. My problem is once everything is hooked up..on the PCI screen it says Boot from ADAPT CD-Rom "No Emulation." I have never run into that before. My bootup is set for floppy>CDROM>IDE hard drive, and I have Win XP in the CD-Rom. someone please help...thanks.

Sorry, and after that message, it goes to the blue Windows Setup page...then on the bottom of the screen with the gray bar it shows that it is setting stuff up...then it says Setup is starting Windows...and that is where it freezes. Any help will be highly appreciated...thanks!

Make your cdrom your first boot choice.

Edit: You have something installed wrong or something. List your full system specs including your power supply.
