No easy way to acess to TOS?

I was looking around for the Terms of Use of the Anandtech forums (i was just curious after seeing a bunch of different people banned), and the only way I was able to locate them was by logging out then clicking join. Is there an easier way? If there isn't I would suggest making an easy way, just so that if anyone is curious at any point during their stay on Anandtech, they can read them again.
