No Doubt

Orsorum

Lifer
Tickets for No Doubt Concert - $36
U-PASS for Spring Quarter - $33
Price of knife confiscated by security - $50

Seeing Gwen Stefani and No Doubt from twenty feet away - Priceless.

😀 Aside from the knife, it was a really cool evening.

Ah, they used to be okay until she woke up one day and thought she was black(she was mistaken and looks foolish for thinking such a ludicrous thing being her hair is yellow).

Um...huh??

why in the hell would you bring a knife to a concert? you are lucky they only confiscated the knife and did not arrest you (I think they should have!!). Thanks to you and other goofballs, we all get to stand in long lines and be frisked before seeing a show. :disgust:

I saw No Doubt open for U2 in Las Vegas last Nov. great show!

WTH, dude, I always carry a knife with me - a habit I picked up in Boy Scouts and still continue. It's a useful tool. It totally slipped my mind that evening, force of habit.

Why should they have arrested me?

im just wondering.. id never go to a show but ive always wondered... do they play any old songs? (meaning pre-tragic kingdom?)

you did not say a "pocket knife" or a "swiss army knife" or something like that, I thought you had an 8 inch Bowie knife or a butcher knife or something!!!!

My sister had a tiny pepper spray keychain confiscated at an STP/Chili Peppers concert a couple of summers ago, oh well.

Don't bring weapons to concerts, the drunk happy guy you hurt could be me!!!!!!!!🙂

,

Yeah, they played some of their older stuff... they were so cool! One of the best bands I've seen in concert.

It was just a pocket knife, maybe four inches long when closed. Frustrating, but hey. It was worth it.

<< did you get the knife back? >>

Nope, someone jacked it while I was in the concert (surprise). In retrospect, I should have just hidden it in my shoe before he frisked me (woulda been fine, too).

Oh well, live and learn.

Damn, it was a nice knife, too.
