Price match Best Buy B&M for the AV-195TF from an online retailer (can get as low as around $290). . . According to BB Price Match policy, they price match 110%, this would come out to $261 right? Then, could you use the $70 off MIR from Best Buy, it would bring the total of $191, but then you'd have to pay tax on the $261 though right? So for us Texans I guess the total would be about $282, then minus the $70 MIR, AND you don't have to pay for shipping cost and you get the monitor the instant that you pay for it! (unless they're o.o.s. 🙁 )

So I guess it's like this: $369.99 PM'ed = $261 * 1.0825 tax (for me) = $282 out of pocket, then - $70 MIR = total of $212

The only thing is, do you have to include the shipping costs from the online retailer when you PM w/ Best Buy? But, do they even accept a price match from on online retailer if you print out the page for a product online? Could this deal work like this? If so I'm going over to BB tonight to buy one of these! Someone LMK fast!

Come on guys is this a deal will they do this?!? I need to know soon so that I can get on down to BB tonight before they close and buy this puppy, I love the way these KDS Triniton AG monitors look (tons better than Sammy's, closely rivaling the Sony's in almost everything, IMO) Give me some tips! Thanks!

OK, just called the local Best Buy, tried to PM a proprietary store from Dallas which has an online pressence as well, they told me that they can only PM for stuff in the local market area. So, what's the policy for PM from BestBuy.com ?? Do you have to include shipping costs to PM w/ them from BestBuy.com ?? What if you are just going to do local pickup and don't need none of that shipping crap? 🙂

Someone fill me in please, thanks!

OK, so bestbuy.com doesn't have a PM policy, this blows.. are there any in-store coupons floating around for Best Buy? I think I'm just going to go buy this thing at BB here in a minute, it's $369 out of pocket, but then after rebate it becomes $299, you can't get a better deal than that online right now from what I've found... it'd be a sweet deal if there was a best buy coupon anywhere I can print out? someone hookabrotha up! thanks!

xcela I don't have a problem buying this monitor because I know about the good KDS customer service, also if you can get your hands on a good one then it's great. Plus this is a B&M store so I can just take it back to them 🙂 One of my buddies has the 17in version, and it's got awesome picture.

Does anyone know where I can get some in store BB coupons? Maybe like $40 off $300 or whatever? Thanks

wierd, i ahvent replaced mine once....maybe you shouldnt be pouring water over your monitor? just an idea

I am on my third and it is starting to pop and change colors. I also have another one which is dead that I have not gotten around to replacing. ( My wife has a small company so when something breaks, we have to buy a new one then get the old one fixed.) I will say that KDS has one of the most hassle-free return programs. It only costs you the return postage for the dead monitor and they will cross ship with a credit card. (They only authorize $10/monitor) You can do this all from their web site.

To be honest, I have probably replaced 15 KDS monitors in the last 2 years. The funny thing is that the first KDS 19" monitor we bought is still running with the most stable picture. I also have a dead Viewsonic A90 that I need to replace. It only lasted 4 months.

I hope I have better luck when we switch to flat panels...

Best Buy said they do not pricematch internet prices. ;🙂D🙂😉😛😎😛😉🙂:Q🙂😉😛😎:disgust::frown::disgust:😎:disgust::frown:😕:frown::disgust:😎😛😉😛😎:disgust::frown:😕:frown::disgust:😎😛😎:disgust::frown::disgust:😎😛

Well that blew chunks I was getting tired of the drama, plus my interest in Samsung's monitor kinda threw me that way too. So I jumped on the Dell deal and got the Samsung 955DF for $166.50 shipped after rebate (I live in TX so it was about $16 more for me because of sales tax.. ). I like both monitors, IMO the KDS has better picture but who can guarantee that I will even get a good one? I don't think the picture quality is worth an extra $150+ (actually is $370 out of pocket, whereas the sammy was only $206.50 out of pocket), we'll see when I get my 955DF in the mail in like a week or so 🙂 Main thing I don't like about the samsung is that the body of the monitor is just so incredibly HUGE, but I think I can live with that as long as I keep my computer on the cabinet and just monitor, kb, and mouse on the desk 🙂
