No Boot When Upgrading RAM (Solved)

Intel S5000PAL Server Board

Upgrade RAM Modules: "Smart" PC5300F (Fully buffered) 4GB DDR2

-BIOS updated to the newest release
-Modules work fine in a Dell Power Edge R900
-Runs/Boots with different brand 2GB PC5300F modules
-Upgrade modules listed on Intels website as compatible (based on exact product #)
-Board Supports up to 8GB modules
-Reset system/BIOS via Jumper as well as removing battery, same issue

When installed, the VGA does not appear, I receive an error code from the LED indicators, and the system has a constant alarm beep.

Using the process of elimination, I used just ONE module in the first socket. No boot. I tried a different module with the same result.

I'm not sure what's going on here. Does the BMC control RAM functionality/compatibility? I ask this because I have not updated the BMC firmware (yet).

(RAM in image is in Power Edge R900 risers)
