No "beep" at power up...what gives?

No beep, no video. Tried 3 different monitors & 2 different video cards. Reseated memory & video, removed cmos battery & reset jumper, tried different hard drive. System was working fine...powered off, unplugged from the wall for the weekend, went to power it back up & this is what I got.
System specs are as follows:
Shuttle AN35N
XP2400 Mobile w/TR2 M4 fan
Asus 9200SE Video
512MB Ram
Miscellaneous optical drives
WD 120GB hard drive
Ideas? Suggestions?

Motherboard or cpu? Using brass standoffs in a brand new 3700BQE case w/Antec 350 ps. The screws i'm using to secure the motherboard to the standoffs are the hex types (if that matters).

When I run into problems like these I pull the motherboard out of the case and boot with only video and 1 stick of memory. If that works then put in any additional memory and add 1 thing at a time until everthing is back on the board. If the problem still persists then it's an obvious grounding issue or possible the video card is not mounting properly while everything is in the case.

I have had the latter problem with some cases ... when I would torque down the screw for the video card it would actually just slightly unseat the video card.

Ok, I took the mb out of the case & set it on a cardboard box, hooked up the vid, kb, & mouse, both pwr connectors & still nothing.

With my no beeps problem, I laided my pc Tits-up and just took out my video cards (use 2 for dual monitors) and took OUT my cmos battery and left it out for a whole day. Put it back together and here is where I noticed a loose screw rolling around in the case. Upps! I'm thinking that was the culprit. Yanking on my wires made it roll up against my MB. Now it boots to windows and thats another mess. ... 🙂
