No agp video on ECS K75SA

Got a new video card and reformatted hard drive. However, now the above mentioned motherboard never picks up the agp video card(s) that i place in there. I've tried both with no luck. I can't adjust the IRQ settings and seem to be stuck. I also have an original soundblaster card and NIC card in the pci slots. When i check the device manager it only shows pci standard adaptor and i can't install any of my ati drivers. I've tried flashing different bios' with no luck. Any hints or suggestions?

If you see windows then it is working.

Try removing the other cards and see what happens.

If using device manager, try installing the drivers manually.
