Just pick one or the other and stick with it.

I also noticed you are not using a 110 block punchdown tool. I highly recommend going to Home Depot and spending $25 for a decent one. A lot pf people will tell you, "I did it with a screwdriver and everything turned out fine." Well that is good but if you are going to do it, do it right. The tool will make sure the wire is properly clamped down and excess wire will be cleanly cut off reducing the chance of any shorts.
