yeah, I mean my windows back ground isnt blue, just the back ground of other apps like

Paint shop pro, sure thing Cd labeler etc etc

nero is another program, basically any program which has windows inside of it looks like that. its gotta be an option somewhere.......... cant figure it out though

anyone else have this?
