I got a few .r00 files, what program do i need to view them?

They are rar files. WinRar does them and is the program I use for all my compressions.

It's a compressed file like Zip files... but this one is compressed into RAR format... u will need a program like WinRAR to decompress it...

its a compressed file, a .rar file, kinda like zip. Most likely its incomplete. winrar or powerarchiver once you get all the files.
