Buyer tells me this below:
Are you OK with a bank draft via snailmail then? I used them a lot before I got verified pp up here. Cashable and drawn on US bank in US funds, never had a complaint from anyone I sent them to
Is this something that I can just deposit in my bank and the exchange rate is right? 40 US dollars and not 40 canadian dollars?

Never heard of it, but after several bad experiences with customs and Canadian sellers/buyers I stopped shipping to Canada. I am pretty sure they can get a USPS money order up there.

Ive sold there before and havent had a problem, but if you actually read what hes telling you your questions would be answered:
"Cashable and drawn on US bank" = Ask which US bank.
"in US funds" = Exchange rate is a non issue.
Ship via priority mail. Will take about 10 days to deliver to him. Declare the actual value.

Usually when I take a MO, I always take postal money orders because they are unquestionably acceptable. You can cash them at the post office, they will check right then and there for fraudulent ones, which is extremely rare. And dont ship until its cashed.
Be sure you tell him you are only going to ship insured with the full declared value.

Ok my question seems stupid - yea.
Rephrase: Is this like a United States Check? Where I need to wait for it to clear? Or can I walk in like a US MOney Order and get my cash immediatly (what I want).
