yah they take a while to clear the transfer..... for security reason of course... i went through some difficulties with Pay-Pal... and was finally resolved

It will only clear if they have any money in their bank account tied to paypal.

I do not accept e-check payments because the only two I ever accepted bounced after waiting 10 business days. Paypal usually lets them bounce once and then resubmits .. so you can wait for 10 business days before you ever know if the e-check is good or not.

This is my first experience with this. I have been trading on here since 3/01 and never had one problem until this deal.

How was it refunded? Did the person do a refund by echeck/add funds from a bank account? If so, these will typically clear in 2-5 business days.

I really don't know how they did the refund, we were on less than pleasurable terms.

All I know is I asked for a refund and within a few minutes my Paypal account showed the money as refunded and "Pending"

I certainly hope that this goes through. Just makes me paranoid. If the guy was ripping me off by not sending my product, what would keep him from ripping me off by not having money in his Paypal and just saying he is refunding my money?
