NM, I feel it is wrong to give them the title conservative.

I'm gonna have to agree with amdfanboy. The only smart conservatives I've interacted with seem to be here on the P&N boards. Most say, "Kerry is a douchebag", or "Kerry will cut the military and let the terrorists win".
Really? Through the campaign, most of the conservatives I know mostly defended Bush (he defnitely needed a lot of defending :)). It was the liberals I knew who never talked about Kerry, but rather only attacked Bush

Where do you live? I want to go there.

Edit: You live in Texas? :Q

Somewhere like Austin?

<--N.E. North Texas (small town with about 50K)
About an hour from Austin...but I guarantee that my town is much more like yours' than Austin

Interesting.

Smart or dumb, we're all the megalomaniacs who think our opinions matter so much they should be immortalized here in P&N. For the billionth time there are idiots, and zealots, and loudmouths on BOTH sides of the fence. Let's try to censor ourselves before this gets out of hand and they start censoring us. I don't mean that you can't express your opinion, no matter how radical, just do it with a bit of decorum. We all lose our tempers from time to time, but as Mr. Jefferson said, if annoyed, count to 10, if angered count to 100 (paraphrased, yes I know).
