nlite and manual unattended install

I am going to use nLite to remove some components built in to Windows XP, but if I do this can I also do the rest manually by using this guide

I am asking if this will work because I do not know what nLite exactly changes and I would like to add my own tweaks in there in addition to what nLite does.

Nlite offers quite a bit of customization. Chances are the tweaks you're thinking of adding are included in Nlite. You can tweak/shut off stuff like the System Restore feature, services, etc. And to answer your question, you can do all this, slipstream SP2, AND make it unattended.

Ok thanks and the reason I want to use nLITE and do the unatended install manually is becuase I want to apply many registry tweaks and include some programs and stuff which nLite cannot do.

Nlite has its own unattended setup built in that you can configure.
I see that you want to add more stuff that Nlite can't do , but I don't see why you couldn't do that as well.
My advice would be to download it and experiment first.
Just follow the wizard remove your components and burn to a re-writable cd.
Then test the installation with you're unattended script.
You can remove most of the bloat without any side effects, but beware of removing core components which may affect the usability of the OS.
Most of these are highlighted in red though when you run the wizard.
Nlite is definately worth a look, I'm very pleased with my stripped down version of XP SP2 which I have installed. I wouldn't touch XP otherwise.

Thanks even though I already knew what nLite did and I already removed the components I want to get rid of and everything and I know nLite does do alot but I also want to follow the guide I posted that way when I reinstall windows I will not have to install all my favorite applications manually and apply some registry tweaks to fit my liking. Those nLite cannot do
