I don't think this is fair. She walked into the bathroom and found two of her Kindergarten students having sex. She reported it to her Principal. She did the correct thing.

Why should she be fired?

*The bathroom is in her classroom. So, would she be held liable?

You have to play their game. If you have a school administration who doesn't like you, then your job is going to be a living hell. Tenure or no tenure. They will harass you daily. I've seen it happen.

My only guess is that the principal is trying to make herself look good by firing this teacher. Maybe they don't get along. It's possible.

Well, the bathroom was in the classroom, so she apparently let a boy and a girl go at the same time, or just wasn't paying attention to who went for the bathroom door.

In these days of transgender bathroom follies, I'm surprised that allowing boys and girls in there together is a problem.

Yeah so they weren't having sex. Probably had clothes off, touching each others privates.

I remember showing my wang to my 8yo friend, who was a girl, when I was around that age. It wasn't sexual at all, it was genuine curiosity.
