I need to get in touch with EZ-Pass because there was no cash line crossing the GWB at night last week, and the car I was driving does not have EZ-Pass. I tried their stupid email form and, surprise! no response. TIA.

there was NO cash line?? is this the new upperlevel/lowerlevel ezpass rule now?

the #s are right on the ezpass web site.

Thanks. I must have clicked too fast straight to the "contact us" page.

I swear they said their should be a cash lane, but there wasn't! Stupid lower level...

Edit: Stupid EZ-Pass! You can't do anything about it until the thing comes in the mail. I'm toast! BTW, the number for violations info is (973) 368 1425 -- they give it to you after playing with the menus in the number above.

Bingo. And - as you've noticed!!! - it isn't well publicized, maybe a tiny sign or two but it isn't obvious. They probably make a lot of money on this one.

Good luck.
