NJ bill would force bulletin board operators to not allow anonymous posts

Here is the bill. This could have wide reaching effects. Hopefully, this is overly broad and would get shot down as a free speech thing - but ya never know anymore.

NJ folks need to contact your reps and let em know how ya feel.

I wonder what the scope of the legislation is. Would it affect all forums in the U.S. or only those whose servers are physically located in New Jersey? How would it affect Anandtech? Would forums have to block New Jersey ISPs from accessing their websites and/or prevent users located in New Jersey from creating accounts? The Internet raises all sorts of weird jurisdiction issues.
