Yeah yeah, I was going to make a thread about this. Beat me to it...the previews do look insane, like a new level of insane. I haven't watched MTV in 13 years but I'll tune in tonight...hoping it's in HD.

I have a feeling I might be let down though, I've been looking forward to it all week

Would of been much more severe if the bike landed on top of him but he bailed out near the end. Plus he had a helmet on, so only non-life threatening injuries to worry about.

Breaking your neck will still kill you but you're right the helmet does make a big difference for most of the stuff that could kill him.

The guy got lucky, plain and simple. I wonder how many people are going to get hurt trying to imitate this stuff.
