Nissan 370ZX "NISMO" version

Yeah, looks gross. The beauty of the 370z was that it was an appealing, light, sporty, understated car, harking back to the Datsun 240z (saw one of those a while back, really looked cool).

This just looks like a prop car.

you guys hate everything. it is a cool sports car....i just find it humerous..pretty much anything NOT tagged BMW is horseshit to you guys.

Yeah, RichUK...i can imagine all the embarrassment from driving that car you would feel... good lord. bunch a fucking rope a dopes on here.

I love the 370z. However, paying out the ass for a ricey body kit, some wheels, and a better intake is just stupid.

At least they boosted the power a bit with this revision.

An aside : with 350hp, doesn't this seem like where the 350hp 370Z power figures came from, when the rumors and such were trickling out about it?

The stock 370Z looks respectable, and in my opinion is a well rounded car, but the kitted out NISMO 370Z looks a bit rice.

That?s my opinion, don?t be offended.

It is not meant for the demands for a sportscar, this is really for an Nissan enthusiast or collector. Or maybe someone who wants a Nissan that is track ready (and can't afford a GTR).

This car would be much closer to becoming track ready than the base model

I'm not the only one who sees a bias with generally the entire forum. If that were a mustang nobody would say its ugly and slow or "wouldn't be seen in it"

the 370Z is a great car. the ZX is that much better for not much more.
keep in mind, those are all OEM upgraded parts that are covered under the warranty.
i like it

I would. If anyone were to gauge my bias, I tend to like Japanese cars more than anything else (but I'm not going to deny a nice European sports car either 😉) 😛.

NISMO cars should be the tuner versions... not the pre-packaged performance upgrade versions. The difference between a Subaru WRX and a Subaru WRX STi in simple numbers is 265HP & 244 FT*LBs vs 305HP & 290 FT*LBs. That's only a 4 cylinder engine at that.

Well it looks better than the previous NISMO version. Though that's not saying anything since the previous one looked horrible.

Have you looked at the price difference between a WRX and STI compared to a sports-equipped 370z and the Nismo? Nissan only charges 4-5k for the upgrades, not 15K.

Normal WRX -> STi = 10k
Premium WRX -> STi = 7.5k
