Do you think it will be a powerhouse, a souped-up 360, roughly equivalent to a 360, or less than a 360?
If I were nintendo, then I'd borrow the X360 GPU and double the clock speed for their next console and have more eDRAM (like 32 MB instead of 10MB), and I'd use the same Power PC architecture as the Wii except only make it 3 or 4 cores and make them each about 200MHz faster. Then I'd use 240MB 1T-SRAM for system memory and another 240MB for textures. Finally, I'd use a proprietary medium with about 13-18GB of storage. Is all of that a good idea?
They could use a 32 nm process and the double clock speed won't have a high tdp. Wasn't Xenos originally 90nm?
