I can't believe this hasn't been posted but here goes...

Nintendo DS Mario Kart Bundle:
-Nintendo Dual Screen Game System
-Mario Kart DS game

and

Ultimate Spiderman for Nintendo DS

and your choice of one of two gamer kits

Link to deal on Toys-R-Us/Amazon

Link to deal details

I tried to order today online but they were out of both gamer kits. I did call Customer Service and I was told that I could purchase the DS Bundle and Spiderman and they would force the coupon in after purchase.

I instead opted to goto my local B&M store where they not only had the deal but had a different (nicer IMHO) Gamers Kit. If you have the "R"zone sales flier there is a $10 off $100 worth of Nintendo products coupon.

There is a code on this coupon so it can also be used online, effectively making the deal $139.99.

I also used a coupon from the sales flier for a free DS skin but it does say one coupon per customer so YMMV.

So in total I got a DS, Mario Kart, Spiderman, Gamers Kit & DS skin for $139.99 + tax.

I hope I wasn't too long winded, this is my first "Hot Deal" and I didn't want to leave any info out.

Not sure how good Ultimate Spiderman is on the DS, but the PC version is the best Spiderman game to date. :)

I have told some friends about the deal and two told me that the Toy-R-Us that they went to were out of the "bundles", but the that the store grabbed a DS (the customers color choice), Mario Kart, Ultimate Spiderman and said pick the Gamers Kit you want and they were charged the bundle price.

Maybe it will work for some of you...

this might be ymmv, but i pricematched this deal at bb (richmond, va). at first he said i couldn't get the $10 bb gc they were offereing (in addition to the pricematch), but after he was finished ringing it up he said it looks like you get the gc as well. just a heads up, might be worth a shot.

edit: by pricematch i meant they gave me the spiderman game and the metal case thing for free with the ds.

great price for the bundle and you can prolly sell off ultimate spider man. Mario Kart is a great game. tons of fun when you play it with other people.

Tried it today as they were all out of both bundles, they were basically rude about it...so it was a no go for me but, I'm sure some of the more customer friendly stores are btter about it.... goodluck everybody...

For those of you who do not want bundle. Here is what I've done:
I paid $107.99 for the Nintendo DS system at Microcenter B&M (dfw) with no games.
You can pick up bunch of DS games at Target (B&M) stores for $29.99.
I paid $29.99 @ CC (on-line) last week for Mario Kart DS game.
YMMV

Man, I looked at Target, Wal-Mart, CompUSA, Best Buy (sux), and Circuit City today... no one wants to sell just the DS system below $129.99 around here. Only CC had the bundle with Mario Kart DS in stock, but it was still $149.99.

Looks like no deals for me :(

If your reply was to me, did you read what I said? The system without games is selling at $129.99 EVERYWHERE around here.
The only way I could get a DS around $100 would be to buy used - and I am not going to do that. I have seen how bad an abused DS can look and it's not worth the risk.

For those in San Diego looking for this, the Toy-R-Us in Chula Vista had them in stock again today as well as quite a few XBox 360's...
