I'm really liking it, but I don't know if I would bother to replace my red DS with it... unless I can get a good amount of money for mine and the Lite isn't too expensive.

BTW http://www.dsfanboy.com/ is a great DS news site.

Brightness Comparison

This says alot. I may consider changing over when it's released... It will be just a tad more expensive... ~$140 vs. $129.99 for the current DS.

Playing my DS in anything near the sunlight yeilds horrible visibility. :( Lets hope that brighter screen helps with that problem.

No, they're just using one screen for games now. Nintendo figures they'll have a SDK out that supports the second screen by 2007.
