Ninjas vs. Pirates

You're all wrong Ninja Pirates are way cooler and flip out ALL THE TIME whilst being totally sweet and they get booty/wenches.

Im pretty sure Ninjas have the advantage in hand-to-hand combat. However if you add a boat, and the fact that pirates or prone to cheating to get their way, I'm sure pirates would come out on top.

Yeah but ninja swords have +10 against ships (why is this an advantage for pirates, anyway?), +30 against cannons (the swords deflect cannonballs), and +5 against bullets (if the ninja is fast enough, he can deflect bullets too).
