If it was nine white kids and a black woman, this would happen:

7 out of the 9 kids would be charged as adults with hate crime and attempted murder/manslaughter. They would serve 25 years to life in prison with no chance of parole until 2020-2030.

2 of the kids (the ones who started the beating) will be charged as adults with murder 1 and be sentenced to death row by lethal injection.
 
OP, why dont you wait till black civil rights activists back these crooks before blaming them pre-emtively. i know, its better to spread the hate in your own creative way.

Channon/Christopher Newsom rape/kidnapping murders was much worse and done by blacks, got little press.

Seriously? You think WHITE people are over-charged and overzealously prosecuted for their crimes compared to black people? 😕

The funny thing is, your exaggeration was correct, but you got the races wrong. What you describe DID happen to the so-called Jena Six, a group of 6 black kids who beat up a white kid. They were charged as adults, and they were charged with attempted murder. Turns out that if the prosecutor didn't charge them with attempted murder in the first place, he wouldn't have been able to charge them as adults. Now that he has dropped the absurd attempted murder charges, they can't be transferred back to juvenile court because the process has already started in adult criminal court. So by inflating the charges, he was able to charge them as adults when he had no business doing so under the law. It was an interesting shell game he played.
