I made an appointment at 5:15pm today for a haircut. I get there about 5ish as it's right next to work, sign in then sit down and watch TV...10-15 mins go by and I see my barber finishing up...
next thing I know my barber is taking some other derelict looking dude.
Pretty unlike this shop to have an appointment wait....it's a smaller more old school men's place.
Anyway it turns out he had my same first name and when he signed in they asked are you the one that made the 5:15 appointment...he said yes and even added "he called ahead"
I looked on the sign in sheet, his last name was Nigro. I said damn Nigro stole my haircut.
Everyone cracked up...I didn't mean it in the racial sounding way but then nerd in me just kept thinking YTMND sites. Still I wish I had caught up to him as he drove out after my barber figured out what happened and then apologized. As I sat back down I hear as I am getting covered up "bastard didn't tip me either, next time I may just give a bad haircut"
