Nightmare with my New Antec S840 Case

I swapped the hardware over from my Old Supermicro 760 A Case to my New Antec S840 400w Ps and all hell broke loose not right away tho. About 20 minutes after I fired up my rig A it started random rebooting and freezing up totally upon boot up. I thought it was because I might have fried something overclocking so I set the FSB at the default setting and it still pulled the same $hit.
I then swapped rig a out for rig B and it did the same thing again !! I am not overclocking and I am using totally new components with rig B

I know the board is properly installed so I don't think that is an issue. However, I do think it has to be either the power supply is crap or on the extreme end it could possibly be a faulty Power switch (Don't laugh ran into that before)

When I get home from work I am going to swap back in Rig A and Replace the case PS with the Reset (yes it works 🙂 ) If this doesn't work I will swap in my Sparkle 300W PS and Contact either Newegg or Enermax to get RMA going ASAP

Rig A

1.6 A Northwood @2.4 gig
512 Mushkin Enhanced PC 2700 Memory
Asus P4S333 Mobo
(2) 80 gig Maxtors
Pioneer Slot DVD
Plextor 24X burner
Card Expert Geforce 4 Ti 4400 Golden Sample

Rig B

Athlon 1800+ XP
sHUTTLE ak31
512 meg of Crucial DDR PC 2100
Same DVD and Burner
Same HD's
Same Video Card

Any other things to try would be really appreciated it.
