AFAIK, he was permabanned. The cliffs are as follows:

Day 1: PM4E returned from a long ban in late june.
Day 1: Immediately began to claim that HE founded NC ~1mo before it was really founded
Night 1: Held faux #neochat NC meet.
Day 2: Registered a NC website (which I will NOT link to) -- it was a half assed site that looked like a twelve year old girl made it.
Day 2: I return from a week long vacation to a slew of PM's from...quakefiend, I think...
Day 2: I launch into a rant attempting to decry PM4E who at this point has declared himself 'DICTATOR of NC'. Most realize that PM4E == troll
Day 2: PM4E PM's me, tells me that 'his creation is a for profit business, and he'll sell me the NC site for ~$90'
Day 2: Mods not happy, remove link from PM4E's sig, tell him to STFU.
Day 4: PM4E replaces link in his sig. returns to former claim. Is permabanned.

I'm not a part of any crew, but I find the above situation very humorous for some reason. It just strikes me as very funny some of the things that go on around here. You just couldn't make stuff like this up. :laugh:

Nope...I'm a quasi n00b (doing it for personal stuff since 1999, never bothered to learn much) when it comes to webdesign, so it's HTML+CSS+PHP...is XHTML worth figuring out?

In XHTML, all tags must close
<br> for example, needs to self close as so : <br />
Nothing too confusing. ^_^
<strong> instead of <b>, stuff like that. Fun to use, looks nice.

And the site is (IE was for the last ~5yrs it was up) full of pics (taken from old VHS tapes :Q)

The header text as in below the logo? Is there a quick, easy way to do that?
