exactly, the makeup and clothing are hiding the disgustingness. The pic in the OP is real, it isn't just an "unflattering shot", its a shot of what she really looks like - not one where she's doctored up before the photographer captures her in a flattering way and then the picture is further doctored by professional choppers to make her look even better...

She's ugly, her cash and power is the only potentially attractive thing about her.
