Nice photo

Just shows how much light polution there is from North America. I people wonder why they can't see the stars any more.

Other than that, it's a nice pic.
 
You can pretty clearly pic out the western super powers I think... and which nations are the most developed just from that picture...

look at japan, south korea and even china. then look at north korea. the only light is from pyongyang. even vietnam and cuba have more lights. wow.

I used my schools servers to keep my bandwidth down..

I made one with keeping the ratio of horiz:vert, one without, and one with the reshaping done with a method that keeps the sharpness of the lights better (bicubic resampling).
