'Nice' message...

i got a freaking notice for "excessive loud noise" today. I don't even know why...we haven't thrown a party in forever

Did you warn them? Were you the ones that actually called the cops?

We need background story.

Lol there is none I wasn't there either Friday or Saturday and that thing appeared there yesterday (I live right next to the office so I noticed it). Thought it was pretty humorous.

HAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH........ you deserve it. Honestly why not warn them first?

I'd have done the same thing in just calling the cops. You don't just go knocking on strangers doors where rowdy parties are going on in this day and age to confront them about the volume of their music. Let the guys with the guns handle it.

Hey, I had a neighbor like that once, but they were having noisy party's and smoking drugs on the patio.
I left a note requesting that they tone it down and that I was a cop and was watching them. They must have gotten scared, since 3 days later they abruptly moved out. 🙂

It isn't on his door...

Lol thanks for trying but I think people on here can't read or something. Btw your dog looks awesome man!

Thanks. It's funny how many people didn't read your initial post but just clicked on the link and assumed the rest. 😀

Care to write a reply letter? I don't blame the resident for not confronting them directly. Something tells me they wouldn't take their complaint seriously

Another that didn't read lol. This is great...let's see how many more I'll catch...

I'm thinking that posting a note like that on your apartment manager's door isn't the brightest thing to do. If I were the manager there I'd start documenting everything I could and bounce those people as soon as possible.

Yeah I would too. However the complex I live in is known for having parties pretty much everyday. I think if they took that kind of stance to everyone that did something retarded like the person with the note it'd probably deter many from living there. I really don't know why someone would report them in the first place as you had to be aware of what you were signing into when you signed a lease here.

Yeah it doesn't make sense for serious students that don't want ANY parties to sign a lease at the Courtyards. I used to live at Lexington Crossing and it's the same deal. Parties galore and everyone knows it.
